WHAT HAPPENED TO THE BLAZIN’ REWARDS AND BUFFALO WILD WINGS WEBSITES?

We combined the websites into the new BuffaloWildWings.com so it’s easier to manage your account and order online. The new site has all the same awesome features you’re familiar with, but now it’s all in one place.

WHERE DO I SEE MY POINTS ON THE WEBSITE?

The website and app might look different, but you use your Blazin’ Rewards account the same as always. So, you can access your account on the website and apps with just the same email address and password and you’ll see your points.

DO I NEED A NEW ACCOUNT, OR IS MY OLD ACCOUNT STILL GOOD?

Your old account is still good and will transfer over.  Any points you had prior to the new version of the website or apps are still in your account. Sign in with your old account email address and password and go check it out.

HOW DO I GET THE NEW APP?

The Buffalo Wild Wings mobile app is available for download from the Apple Store and Google Play.

WHAT IF I CURRENTLY HAVE THE BLAZIN' REWARDS MOBILE APP?

Current Blazin’ Rewards app users that have their device settings on “auto-update” will see the redesigned app on their phone as soon as it’s available. If you don’t have “auto-update” enabled, then you’ll need to manually update the Blazin’ Rewards app. After you download the new version, you’ll see the app name changed from “Blazin’ Rewards” to “Buffalo Wild Wings”.

WHAT IF I CURRENTLY HAVE THE B-DUBS MOBILE APP?

Trash it. Once you’ve uninstalled it, download the new Buffalo Wild Wings mobile app and BOOM! You’re all set.

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY OLD B-DUBS APP?

Uninstall it. Just download the new Buffalo Wild Wings app and get all the new features. The old B-Dubs app will be phased out in the coming months anyway, so just download the new one from the Apple Store or Google Play.

WILL MY OLD APPS AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE?

This depends on your device settings. If you have your apps set to “auto-update”, then the new Buffalo Wild Wings app should download automatically. If you don’t have your device set to “auto-update” then you will have to visit the Apple Store or Google Play and update the app manually.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE BOTH APPS?

Keep the Blazin’ Rewards mobile app. It will be the home for all things Buffalo Wild Wings, so we’re going to rename the app to Buffalo Wild Wings. Just uninstall the B-Dubs app. Simple as that.

WHY DID THE NAME OF THE OLD BLAZIN’ REWARDS APP CHANGE?

Because we’re consolidating everything into one place, we simply redesigned the Blazin’ Rewards app to meet all of your needs. It provides a lot more than just rewards, so we decided to just call it Buffalo Wild Wings.

WILL THERE STILL BE A BLAZIN’ REWARDS PROGRAM?

You better believe there will be, and with the new app you’ll also be able to earn and use points when you place orders online.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE PROGRAM?

You can sign up on our website or in the Buffalo Wild Wings mobile app.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR ENROLLMENT?

All guests who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence and are at least 18 years or older and legal residents of the U.S. are invited to enroll in the Blazin’ Rewards program.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE PERSONAL INFORMATION I'VE PROVIDED?

Personal information is kept secure and will be used pursuant to our Privacy Policy. In the future, if you wish to opt out of program communications, please visit your profile page on the website or mobile app to change your selections. You may also opt out of the program communications when you receive an email by selecting the unsubscribe link located in the email footer.

DO I NEED A MEMBERSHIP CARD?

No card required. After you sign up, you just need your phone number. So, drop your digits when you order your food at a participating Buffalo Wild Wings and boom.

WHAT IS MY MEMBERSHIP ID?

We use your phone number to uniquely identify you as a participating member of the program. In the future, if you need to update your phone number, log into your account and change your information within the Profile section of the website or mobile app.

HOW DO I CANCEL A REWARD CERTIFICATE THAT WAS ACCIDENTALLY REDEEMED?

Certificates can be cancelled in the Buffalo Wild Wings® mobile app or Buffalo Wild Wings® website by logging into your Blazin' Rewards account, opening the “Rewards” tab, expanding the “My Reward Certificates” section, selecting the certificate you want to cancel, and then clicking the “Cancel Certificate”.

WHY ARE CERTAIN SAUCES AND FOOD ITEMS REMOVED FROM THE MENU PERIODICALLY?

We’re always trying to keep things fresh for you. We plan on having the best bar food in the world and sometimes that means switching things up. If you’re really missing something, ask your server for a suggestion. They’ll be able to tell you what we have that’s close.

DO YOU PROVIDE RECIPES FOR ANY OF YOUR MENU ITEMS?

We can’t give away all our secrets! Don’t get us wrong, we’re flattered. But you’ll need to hit up a Buffalo Wild Wings to get that taste you’re craving. Don’t worry though. You can buy a bottle of one of our sauces and bring that flavor home.

WHY ARE SOME WINGS LARGER THAN OTHERS?

Because some chickens are larger than others. But if you really feel like you got theshort end of the chicken then let a manager know and we’ll make it right.

HOW DO I REHEAT WINGS AT HOME?

The good news is our wings are awesome reheated. Just follow the below instructions for the best results. Reheat your pre-cooked Buffalo Wild Wings traditional or boneless wings to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Remove wings from container and place on baking pan.

  3. Cooking times vary by oven and the number of wings being reheated at one time.

  4. Serve immediately. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Remove wings from container.

  2. Place wings on a microwave-safe plate.

  3. Place microwave-safe plate in center of microwave.

  4. Reheating times vary by microwave and the number of wings being reheated at one time. Always ensure that reheated wings reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

  5. Let stand for 1 minute then serve. Caution: Wings may be very hot.

To enhance the flavor of your wings, we recommend purchasing a bottle of your favorite sauce.

ADDING THE SAUCE (if separate):

  1. Pour sauce into large mixing bowl.

  2. Add reheated wings to sauce and toss until well coated.

  3. Remove wings from bowl with tongs.

  4. Place on a serving plate and enjoy.

HOW CAN I USE MY BUFFALO WILD WINGS GIFT CARD?

You can redeem your gift card at any participating Buffalo Wild Wings sports bar and select locations online.

HOW CAN I REPLACE A LOST OR STOLEN GIFT CARD?

You can send the details about your lost or stolen gift card to [email protected]. An original proof of purchase is required to obtain a replacement gift card.

WILL MY GIFT CARD EVER EXPIRE OR LOSE VALUE?

ARE YOU THE SAME COMPANY AS BW-3?

Yes, when we opened our first location in 1982, our original name was Buffalo Wild Wings & Weck – thus the BW-3. We're sure this poses another question: What the heck is a weck? “Weck” is short for kimmelweck, a Kaiser roll seasoned with special toppings. These tasty rolls are popular on the East Coast and were served at our restaurants when we first opened. In 1998, we officially changed our name to Buffalo Wild Wings.

DO YOU HELP STUDENTS WITH SCHOOL PROJECTS?

Due to the volume of student requests we receive, we are not able to grant interview requests or provide detailed information about our corporate strategies, marketing programs, or internal systems and processes.
