Introduction Buffalo Wild Wings, Inc. ("BWW") respects your privacy and is committed to using the information you share with us in a responsible manner. The following outlines the types of information we collect about you, how that information may be used and the choices you have regarding both. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using any website or mobile application owned and operated by BWW, specifically including the buffalowildwings.com site and the Fight4Fandom Mobile App (collectively the "Site(s)"). By using the Sites, you agree to abide by the following terms. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change or modify all or some of these terms at any time. Please check back periodically for changes. We will let you know about changes to our Privacy Policy by posting such changes on the Sites. Collection and Use of Information How we collect information. We collect the information you affirmatively choose to provide us, such as when you provide your name, contact information, the pages you access and similar information for such purposes as Site registration, filling out a survey, entering contests, participating in promotions, posting comments on bulletin boards or providing comments to our Sites. We also collect non-personally identifying information through the use of cookies. Cookies are pieces of data your web browser stores on your hard drive. We use cookies so we can recognize you when you pay a repeat visit to our Sites. Most browsers accept cookies. However, if you wish, you can usually set them to refuse cookies. We do not use cookies to gather any personally identifiable information. How we use collected information. We use collected information to respond to your requests, to make it easier and more rewarding for you to use our products and services, to allow you to participate in our promotions, and to provide you with a broad range of personalized products and services. We use collected information and statistical analyses of Site visitors' online behavior to track use of our Sites and tailor offerings to user preferences. We use login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Sites, track user movement and use, gather broad demographic information, and to populate location leaderboards through the Fight4Fandom App. We also use your information when you "opt in" to receive promotional and/or other marketing about our products, services and offerings. For example, if you indicate that you wish to receive communications from us, we may use your e-mail address to contact you about merchandise or services in which you have indicated interest, or we may send you offers regarding new products and services or upcoming events. These offers may be based on information you provided us or on your history with us as a customer. Such communications will generally include instructions on how to opt out of future communications. Upon your request, we will take all reasonable efforts to delete your personal information from our database, however, it may be impossible to delete your entry without retaining some residual information for a period of time due to backups and records of deletion. Be assured that we will never knowingly send messages to customers who have asked us not to. To respect your privacy, BWW will not sell or rent the personal information you provide to us online to any third party, unless otherwise stated herein. We will share your information with affiliated companies and reputable third parties to provide better service to you. These services may include maintaining and managing customer information; providing customer services; taking and fulfilling orders; conducting BWW promotions and surveys; and communicating effectively with our clients. We do not control what they do with your information. We may disclose your personal information to third parties if we believe disclosure is appropriate to comply with law, regulation, legal process or government request; enforce the terms of any of our policies; or protect the rights, property or safety of BWW, our associates, or our patrons. This may include assistance in fraud protection and investigation. In addition, we may share or transfer your information in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as a merger, consolidation, asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy. How we protect your collected information. While we take commercially reasonable measures to maintain a secure site, electronic communications and databases are subject to errors, tampering, and break-ins. We cannot guarantee or warrant that such events will not take place, and we will not be liable to visitors or customers for any such occurrences. You may contact us to update, delete, or correct your personally identifiable information downloaded on the Fight4Fandom App by emailing us at FFFsupport@buffalowildwings.com. Use of Information From FACEBOOK In some specific cases, if you register to participate in one of our Sites in connection with your Facebook account, our Site may download and display information from your Facebook page, including your profile pictures, name and provided information. This information will be used to identify you for the purposes of the registered Site only and will not be shared with any other BWW Site. This information will otherwise be treated as any other collected information as outlined above. Your Content You may be able to submit your own content in discussion forums and other areas on our Sites. Such information can be accessed and used by others, so we encourage you to proceed with caution when providing or sharing personal information on our Sites. We cannot prevent such information from being used in a manner that may violate our Privacy Policy or applicable law. Children's Privacy We are also concerned about protecting the safety and privacy of children. We do not specifically collect information about children and do not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, get your parent's consent before giving out any personal information. Representations and Warranties You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and other equipment needed to access and use our Sites, along with all related expenses, fees and other costs. Ideas, Content or Information Provided to Sites All remarks, suggestions, material, Works, ideas, graphics, or other information or content communicated to us through our Sites ("Submission") will be subject to the following terms: We will not be required to treat any Submission as confidential. We will not incur any liability as a result of any similarities to any Submission that may subsequently appear on our Sites or other materials. We will be entitled to use the Submission or any derivative of it for any commercial or other purpose without compensation to you or any other person. You agree that you are responsible for any Submission you submit, including its legality, reliability, originality and copyright. We do not claim ownership of the Submissions.
