    • Open the app or website and tap Sign In / Sign Up.

    • Enter your email.

    • If no account exists, we'll ask for Name, email, phone, and password.

    • We'll send a 4-digit verification code sent to your phone to finish.

    If the email is already registered, we’ll guide you to Sign In instead.

    For SMS Codes:

    • VoIP numbers (Google Voice, Skype) may not be supported. Try a regular mobile number

    • Tap "Resend Code" and wait 60 seconds

    For Email Codes:

    • Check spam/junk and promotions folders

    • Work emails may block automated codes. Try a personal email instead

    • Tap "Resend Code" and wait 60 seconds

    If you see "Unable to send code. Please try again". Wait for few minutes and try again

    • On the password screen, tap Forgot Password.

    • Enter the verification code sent to your email.

    • Create a new password.

    • Sign in with your updated password.

    During the sign-in process, on the verification screen:

    • Tap Update Mobile Number.

    • Verify your identity using a code sent to your email.

    • Enter your new mobile number.

    • Verify the 4-digit code sent to the new number.

    If the number is already linked to another (older or duplicate) account, you’ll be prompted to transfer it. Continuing will remove it from the other account(s) and link it to your current account.

    No, your loyalty points and rewards when you update or transfer your phone number or email.

    After account deletion, the system takes up to 30 days to fully release your email and phone number. Please try creating your account after this window, or sign up using different email or phone.

    • Go to Profile & Settings on My Account Section → Account Info → Email.

    • Enter your new email and complete the verification step.

    If you see messages like:

    • "Your account is blocked due to multiple incorrect login attempts."

    • "We detected a security risk with your account."

    Follow the on-screen instructions. If you're still unable to sign in, please contact Customer Support.

    To request account deletion:

    • Go to My Account → Profile & Settings → Account Info → Delete Account

    • Confirm your identity with a verification code

    Note: Deletion is permanent. Your loyalty points, rewards, and order history cannot be recovered.

  • You can access the Buffalo Wild Wings Rewards Shop by clicking the link at the bottom of the Rewards page on the Buffalo Wild Wings App or Web. 

    Shop with your points or cash when new merch drops but do it fast! You’ll only have a limited time before it runs out. 

    All sales are final, however, In the instance of a lost, damaged, or incorrect item, a points refund may be issued. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Rewards Shop Terms and Conditions or reach out to [email protected]

    The Rewards Shop may be empty at times due to sold out inventory. Be on the lookout for the next merch drop to see what new items will be available.  

    Merch Drops are when new items are dropped in the Reward Shop for purchase. Drops may have very limited quantity, so be sure to act fast. Always be on the lookout for info around the next rewards drop via email, push, and on app/web.

    Yes! If you have points, you’ll roll them into the new program and have 1 year to redeem them.

    Blazin’ Status is an elite tier, reserved for our most dedicated members. Unlock status by spending $250 in a calendar year and boost your earnings into overdrive. Blazin’ Status members earn 12 points for every $1 spent and have access to exclusive offers. Blazin’ Achieve Status by spending $250 eligible dollars within the calendar year. See terms and conditions for more details.

    Download the Buffalo Wild Wings App, go to Rewards, click on Missing Points?, and scan the QR code on your check or enter the claim number. The points for your transaction will then be added to your account.

    Certificates can be cancelled online or in the app. Go to the “Rewards” tab, expand the “My Reward Certificates” section, select the certificate you want to cancel, and then click Refund Points.

    If you were already a member before we switched up the program, you’ll be automatically included in the new program, Buffalo Wild Wings Rewards.

    Earn 10 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases. Cash in points for food rewards and unlock special offers.

    Yes, points are valid for 1 year from the time you earn them.

    Let your server know you’re a rewards member and give them your phone number. You’ll earn points and can redeem offers or rewards.

  • Create your order and go to Bag. Scroll down and enter your promo code in the promo code box and hit APPLY. You’ll see the discount at checkout. Limit one promo code per order.

    Rewards members will earn points and can redeem reward certificates on the same order as a promo code. Other offers may work together, please check the offer details.

    Click CHECKOUT NOW and the discount should appear if it is applied.
